❌ Bad Fit for ICP💡 A bad fit for your ICP is when a potential customer or company doesn't align well with your ideal customer criteria. They might have different needs or be in an industry that your product or service doesn't serve effectively. Pursuing these leads can lead to inefficiencies, wasted resources, and lower chances of successful engagement. Revenue less than $1M: We might be able to sell a $99/mo or $499/mo plan package but there isn't much room to grow with professional services or setup. Businesses with revenues below $1 million may be price sensitive, have budget constraints, and won't necessarily be able to scale into larger ACV contracts. Small companies also tend to need more help and have higher expectations. Long Sales Cycles: Banking and financial institutions with more than 1,000 employees, will likely have longer sales cycles, may have different needs and structures, and require ISO certifications or On Prem which we do not currently support. Startups or Micro-enterprises: Very small companies or startups may not have budget. Low volume: Lack of Human Reps or Overly Narrow Staff: Companies that do not have a broad staff of human representatives may not require the type of solution we provide, especially if they rely heavily on automations.

✅ Good Fit for ICPGood Fit ✅ 💡 A good fit for your ICP is when a potential customer or company closely matches the characteristics you've outlined for your ideal customer. They share the same needs, challenges, and goals your product or service can address. In other words, they are highly likely to benefit from your offer and are a great match for your business. Medium Enterprises: Note: 💡Buyers and Users may not be the same person! Retail, Finance, and Services Industries: Focus on businesses operating in the retail, finance, and services sectors as they are more likely to benefit from us. 50 to 100 Employees: Target companies with a staff size ranging from 50 to 100 employees, as this aligns with our ideal company size. We want customers that can spend $2/mo and more and not bat an eye. Much better to have 20 customers at $2k/mo than to have 2,000 customers at $20/mo Revenues Between $10M and $50M: Target businesses that have annual revenues falling within the specified range, as they are more likely to have the financial capacity for our solution. Broad Staff of Human Representatives: Look for companies with a diverse and broad staff of human representatives, as this matches with the solution that we provide. Sales Cycle of 30-60 Days: Focus on businesses that have a sales cycle ranging from 30 to 60 days, as our service is tailored to expedite the sales cycle and onboarding with 1-7 days.
